Simon is passionate about utilizing advanced research to develop innovative AI-driven solutions for wireless communication systems. He holds a B.Sc. in Telecommunications Engineering from Makerere University, Uganda, and an M.Sc. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology. He is currently the team lead at the Wireless Communication Research Lab at Com Consultants
His research focuses on AI applications in radio and underwater optical wireless communication, signal processing, and information freshness.
Simon previously worked as a Radio Frequency Engineer on projects in Uganda, Botswana, Burundi, and Zambia.
